Integrating Acall with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.

When you integrate Josys with Acall, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and groups.

Note: Josys supports multiple Acall integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• An Acall admin account
• An API Token

Locating the API Token

To use the API Token, please reach out to the Acall support team to request an API key.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Acall from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Token that you have received from the Acall support team.

Step 3: Click Next to proceed.

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization.
