SendGrid Integration

Integrate SendGrid with Josys to:

  • Fetch User Accounts 
  • Monitor Privileged Access and 
  • Track Email Plan Usage


Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with SendGrid, you can view the list of user accounts, including their status and roles.

Note: Josys supports multiple SendGrid integrations.



Prerequisites 


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A SendGrid admin account
  • The Free, Essentials, Pro, Premier, Basic or Advanced plan
  • The API Key and Subusers



Locating the API Key

 

Step 1: Log in to SendGrid using an admin account. Select API Keys from Settings and then click Create API Key.



Step 2: Enter the Name to identify the API key and click Create & View.



Step 3: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.



Locating the Subusers

 

Step 1: Log in to SendGrid using an admin account. Select Subuser Management from Settings and click Create New Subuser.



Step 2: Enter the Subuser details and then click Create Subuser.



Step 3: Copy the Subuser for later use in the integration steps.




Steps to Integrate


Step 1: Select SendGrid from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key and Subuser copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.  


 

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
