Integrating Favro with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Favro, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their roles and status.
Note: Josys supports multiple Favro integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Favro admin account
- An Organization name
- A Lite, Standard, or Enterprise plan
Locating the Organization name
Log in to Favro using an admin account. Copy the Organization name from the left sidebar to use it later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Favro from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the admin Email and Password in the respective fields and the Organization Name copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After completing the integration, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
