Action1 Integration

Integrating Action1 with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user account details. 



Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with Action1, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status and roles.


Note: Josys supports multiple Action1 integrations.


 

Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • An Action1 admin account
  • The Client ID and Client Secret


Locating the Client ID and Client Secret


Step 1: Log in to Action1 using an admin account. Navigate to API Credentials and click New



Step 2: Provide a Name for API credentials, and select your Organization and Organization Admin option from the respective dropdown fields (see image below)Click Proceed.



Step 3:  Copy the Client id and Client Secret for later use in the integration steps.



Steps to Integrate

 

Step 1: Select Action1 from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.



Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from Managed Apps in the Apps section.
