Josys AI enhances SaaS contract management by automating the software contracts. This article provides steps to automate SaaS contracts in Josys.

Steps to use Josys AI in SaaS Applications

Step 1: Navigate to the Apps, select Management Apps, and click AI.

Step 2: Select the SaaS application name from the drop-down list to retrieve its license data. 

Step 3: Select the integration instance to retrieve the license data associated with the application. 

Step 4: Upload, or drag & drop your SaaS Contract file (PDF or other common invoice/contract document formats)  to upload the license data. 

Step 5: Josys AI analyzes the license data and extracts the license details automatically. 

Step 6: Click Review & Update Data to view the list of data.

Step 7: Select the Licence Data that you want to upload to Josys and click Update License Data. 

This helps the IT Admin with the seamless upload of the License data to their respective applications, making it more accurate and less dependent on manual entry.
