Timecamp Integration

Integrating Timecamp with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Timecamp, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, group, and last login timestamp. 


Note: Josys supports multiple Timecamp integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Timecamp admin account
  • An API Key 
  • A Free, Starter, Premium, or Ultimate plan


Locating the API Key


Step 1: Log in to Timecamp using an admin account. Select Profile Settings from the User Profile menu. 


Step 2: Click Generate API.


Step 3: Click I Agree to generate a new API token.


Step 4: Copy the API token for later use in the integration steps.



Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Timecamp from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key in the respective field copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
