Integrating OpsRamp with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.   

Key benefits

When you integrate Josys with OpsRamp, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, groups, account creation, and updation timestamp.

Note: Josys supports multiple OpsRamp integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• An OpsRamp admin account
• The Host URL, Tenant ID, API Key, and API Password

Locating the Host URL, Tenant ID, API Key, and API Password

Step 1:  Log in to OpsRamp using an admin account. Select Account from the Setup menu. 

Step 2:  Copy the Account ID and URL for later use in the integration steps. Click Integration and Apps tile.

Step 3: Click Add to do the custom integration. 

Step 4: Click Install.

Step 5:  Enter a Name to identify the integration and click Install.

Step 6: From the Inbound tab, click Save.

Step 7: Copy the Key and Secret for later use in the integration steps and click Close.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select OpsRamp from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the copied URL in Host URL, Account ID in Tenant ID, Key in API Key, and Secret in API Password. Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
