Cloudflare Integration

Integrating Cloudflare with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 


Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Cloudflare, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and two-factor authentication status.


Note: Josys supports multiple Cloudflare integrations.


 

Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Cloudflare admin account
  • The Organization Name and the API key


Locating the Organization Name


Open your Cloudflare account and copy the Organization Name from the navigation menu. You will use it later in the integration steps.


For example, Josys is the organization's name.


Get the API Key


Step 1: Log in to Cloudflare using an admin account. From the User Profile menu, click My Profile.



Step 2: Select API Tokens and click Create Token.



Step 3: Click Get started from the Custom token section.



Step 4: Enter a name to identify the Token in the respective field.


Step 5: Select the Read permission for Account and User as shown below:

  • Account: Account Settings - Read
  • User: Memberships - Read


Step 6: Click Continue to summary.


Step 7: Click Create Token.



Step 8: Copy the API Token to use later in the integration steps.




Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Cloudflare from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Organization Name and API Key as copied in the previous steps. Click Next to proceed. 


Step 3:
 
After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
