Integrating Logz.io with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Logz.io, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and timestamp of account creation.
Note: Josys supports multiple Logz.io integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Logz.io Admin Account
- A Pro or Enterprise plan
- The API Key and Region
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Logz.io using an admin account. Select Manage tokens from Settings.
Step 2: On the Api tokens page, click API tokens, and then click New API token.
Step 3: Enter a Name for the API token and click Add.
Step 4: Copy the API Token to use later in the integration steps.
Locating the Region
Log in to Logz.io using an admin account. Open General settings and find the Region details in User settings section.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Logz.io from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section and select the Region. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
