Shortcut Integration

Integrating Shortcut with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.


 

Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Shortcut, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, account creation timestamp, and two-factor authentication status.


Note: Josys supports multiple Shortcut integrations.



Prerequisites  


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Shortcut Admin Account
  • A Free, Team, Business, or Enterprise plan
  • An API Key


Locating the API Key 


Step 1. Log in to Shortcut using an admin account. Select API Tokens from the Settings menu.


Step 2: Enter the Name to identify the token and click Generate Token.



Step 3. Copy the API token to use it later in the integration steps. 



Steps to Integrate 

 

Step 1: Select Shortcut from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.


Step 3After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
