Integrating Re:amaze with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Re:amaze, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and account creation timestamp.
Note: Josys supports multiple Re:amaze integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Re:amaze admin account.
- Basic, Pro, or Plus plan.
- The Subdomain, Admin Email, and API Token. Learn how to generate an API Token.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Re:amaze from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Subdomain and Admin Email.
Note: 1. If the URL is https://my-organization.reamaze.com/, then my-organization is the subdomain. 2. The Admin Email is the email used to log in to the Re:Amaze account.
Step 3: Enter the API Token copied in the Prerequisite section. Click Next to proceed.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
