Integrating ServiceTitan with Josys enables the IT Admin to view user accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with ServiceTitan, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, business units, role source, and timestamps of their last sign-in.


Note: Josys supports multiple ServiceTitan integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A ServiceTitan admin account
  • Starter, Essentials, or The Works plan



Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select ServiceTitan from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field

Step 3Enter your ServiceTitan account login email and password in their respective fields, then click Next to proceed.


Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
