Float Integration

Integrating Float with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Float, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, job titles, departments, people types, and timestamps of the account creation.


Note: Josys supports multiple Float integrations.


 

Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Float admin account
  • An API Key
  • A Starter or Pro plan


Locating the API Key


Step 1: Log in to Float using an admin account. Navigate to the Settings menu at the bottom left.


Step 2: Click Team settings.


Step 3: Select Integrations from the Settings menu.


Step 4: Click Regenerate to create a new API Key.


Step 5: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.



Steps to Integrate

 

Step 1: Select Float from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.



Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
