Integrating IBM MaaS360 with Josys lets the IT Admin add and manage user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with IBM MaaS360, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
- Perform Actions: Add and delete user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple IBM MaaS360 integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- An IBM MaaS360 admin account
- A Billing ID, Platform ID, App ID, App Version, and App Access Key.
- A Free plan
Locating the Platform ID, App ID, App Version, and App Access Key
Step 1: Log in to IBM MaaS360 using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: Navigate to the SETUP menu on the top toolbar and select Manage Access Keys under Web Services API.
Step 3: Click Generate Access Key.
Step 4: Enter a Key Name in the respective field and click Generate.
Step 5: Enter your IBM MaaS360 admin account password in the respective field and click Confirm.
Step 6: Copy the PlatformID, Version, App ID, and Access Key to use later in the integration steps.
Locating the Billing ID
Step 1: Log in to IBM MaaS360 using an account with admin privileges.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select IBM MaaS360 from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the Billing ID, Platform ID, App Id, App Version, and App Access Key copied from the previous sections in their respective fields.
Step 4: Enter your IBM MaaS360 admin account credentials in the Username and Password fields and click Next to proceed.
Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
