GrooveHQ Integration

Integrating GrooveHQ with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with GrooveHQ, you can

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, teams, and timestamp of the user account creation and updation.
  • Perform action: Send an email to another user.


Note: Josys supports multiple GrooveHQ integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A GrooveHQ admin account
  • An API Key
  • A Standard, Plus, or Pro plan



Locating the API Key


Step 1: Log in to GrooveHQ using an account with admin privileges. 


Step 2: Select the Webhooks & API option from the More menu.


Step 3: Copy the Global token to use later in the integration steps.





Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select GrooveHQ from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field. Enter the Global token copied in the previous section in the API Key field. Click Next to proceed.


Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
