Integrate Miro Enterprise with Josys to:

  • Fetch User Accounts 
  • View and Modify User License 
  • Monitor Privileged Access and 
  • Track Application Usage

When you integrate Josys with Miro Enterprise, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, license and its timestamp for license assignment, and team name.
  • Perform actions: Add, delete, and deactivate user accounts.


Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:


  • A Miro Enterprise admin account
  • A SCIM API Token
  • A Miro Enterprise plan


Locating the SCIM API Token


Step 1: Log in to Miro Enterprise using an admin account. Navigate to Settings from the User Profile and click Enterprise Integrations under the Account. 


Step 2: Copy the API Token for later use in the integration steps. 




Steps to Integrate

 

Step 1: Select Miro Enterprise from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API token copied in the previous section in the SCIM API token. Click Next to proceed.



Step 3: Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration process.



Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
