Productive Integration

Integrating Productive with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Productive, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, two-factor authentication enabled status, timestamp of the last login and the last seen activity.


Note: Josys supports multiple Productive integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Productive admin account
  • The API Key and Organization ID
  • An Essential, Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise plan


Locating the API Key and Organization ID


Step 1: Log in to Productive using an admin account. From User Profile, select Settings, and then click API Integrations.



Step 2: Click Generate new token



Step 3: Assign a name to the access token for identification. Select "Read only" option in the Access level field. Click Generate.



Step 4: Copy the API Token and Organization ID for later use in the integration steps. 



Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Productive from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Token in the API Key field and Organization ID copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.


Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
