Integrating Questetra with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Questetra, you can view the list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and the user group.
Note: Josys supports multiple Questetra integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Questetra Admin Account
- Basic, Advanced, or Professional plan
- Subdomain along with its Username, and Password
Locating Username and Password
Step 1. Log in to Questetra using an admin account. Click App Settings from the User Profile options.
Step 2. Copy the Username and the Password.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Questetra from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Subdomain, Username, and API Password copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.
Note: If the URL is https://yourdomain.questetra.net/, then yourdomain in the Subdomain.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
