Digicert Integration

Integrating Digicert with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 


Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Digicert, you can:

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, title, and date and time when the user last logged in. 


Note: Josys supports multiple Digicert integrations.


 

Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Digicert admin account.
  • The API key for integration. 



Locating API Key


Step 1: Log in to Digicet using an admin account.


Step 2: Click Automation and select API Keys. Click Add API Key and copy the API Key.




Steps to Integrate

 

Step 1: Select Digicert from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API key copied in the earlier section. Click Next to proceed.


 

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
