Sophos Integration

Integrating Sophos with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Sophos, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, group, account creation, and updation timestamp. 


Note: Josys supports multiple Sophos integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Sophos admin account
  • The Client ID and Client Secret
  • A Standard plan


Locating the Client ID and Client Secret


Step 1: Log in to Sophos using an admin account. Go to Settings and click API Credentials Management.


Step 2: Click Add Credential


Step 3: Provide the Credential name to identify the credential. Select Service Principal Super Admin from the Role dropdown menu, and then click Add.


Step 4: Copy the Client ID for later use in the integration steps. Click Show Client Secret.


Step 5: Copy the Client Secret for later use in the integration steps.


Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Sophos from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.


Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
