Prospect CRM Integration

Integrating Prospect CRM with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 



Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with Prospect CRM, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, account creation timestamp, groups, and territories.


Note: Josys supports multiple Prospect CRM integrations.


 

Prerequisite


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Prospect CRM admin account
  • The Region URL and API Token
  • A Professional or Advanced plan



Locating the Region URL and API Token


Step 1: Log in to Prospect CRM using an admin account. Select Personal Settings from the User Profile menu.



Step 2: Click Tokens and locate the API endpoint for your region for later use in the integration steps. 


Step 3: Click Create Token.


Step 4: Choose the ProspectSoft.OData scope and provide a name. Enter a description for the API Token for identification, and set the Expiry Date to Never from the dropdown menu. Click Create



Step 5: A new access token is created that will be used as the API key in the further integration steps. Copy the token value and click Close.



Steps to Integrate

 

Step 1: Select Prospect CRM from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Select your Region URL (API endpoint for your region as identified in the previous section). 


Step 3: Enter the API Token copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.



Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from Managed Apps in the Apps section.
