Moskit CRM Integration

Integrating Moskit CRM with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Moskit CRM, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, team, and timestamp for account creation.


Note: Josys supports multiple Moskit CRM integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Moskit CRM admin account
  • An API Key
  • A Starter or Professional plan


Locating the API Key


Step 1: Log in to Moskit CRM using an admin account. Navigate to the Marketplace menu and select Public API. 



Step 2: Click Generate apikey.



Step 3: Enter the required developer information in the respective fields and click Confirm.



Step 4. Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.




Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Moskit CRM from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied earlier (step 4 in the section above). Click Next to proceed.


Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
