Converting a Discovered Apps into an Integrated App

To view and manage the integrated apps, perform the following steps.

Step 1: Log in to Josys using an admin account. Click Managed Apps from the Apps section.

The Managed Apps dashboard opens and the Integrated Apps tab is displayed by default.

Step 2: Click on the desired app to view the total Account details associated with the App. For example, Appfigures.

Step 3: Click on the   icon for the corresponding application to perform the required actions such as Edit Plan Details, Reintegrate the App, or Delete the App Integration.

Step 4: On the selected app’s dashboard, click the Accounts tab. A list of users containing authorized as well as shadow users is displayed.

Step 5: Select the user profile to view account details. Click Manage Accounts for App deprovision, and Add for App provision to the corresponding user profile.
