Freshservice Integration

Integrating Freshservice with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.


 

Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Freshservice, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and occasional agent status.


Note: Josys supports multiple Freshservice integrations.


Prerequisites  


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Freshservice admin account.
  • A Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise plan.
  • The Subdomain and the API Key



Locating the API Key 


 Step 1: Log in to Freshservice using an admin account. Select Profile settings from User menu



Step 2: Copy the API Key to use later in the integration steps.



Steps to Integrate 

 

Step 1: Select Freshservice from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


 

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Subdomain in the respective field. 


For example, in the URL https://yoursubdomain.freshservice.com, yoursubdomain is the subdomain. 


Step 3Enter the API Key copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.



Step 4After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
