Nimble Integration

Integrating Nimble with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Nimble, you can view user account details, including their status and roles.


Note: Josys supports multiple Nimble integrations.


 

Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Nimble admin account
  • An API Key for integration 
  • A Business CRM plan

 

Locating the API Key 


Step 1: Log in to Nimble using an admin account.


Step 2: From the Settings menu, select API Tokens. Click Generate New Token.



 Step 3: Enter a name to identify the API token, and click Generate.



Step 4: Copy the Token to use it later in the integration steps.




Steps to Integrate

 

Step 1: Select Nimble from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.



Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
