Gorgias Integration

Integrating Gorgias with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts. 



Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with Gorgias, you can view the list of user accounts, including their status, roles, team, timestamp of the account creation and updation, and two-factor authentication status.

Note: Josys supports multiple Gorgias integrations.



Prerequisites 


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Gorgias admin account
  • Starter, Basic, Pro, Advanced, or Enterprise plan
  • A Subdomain


Steps to Integrate


Step 1: Select Gorgias from the App Catalog in the Apps section.




Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the SubdomainClick Next to proceed.  


Note: If the URL is https://myorganization.gorgias.com, then myorganization in your Subdomain.



Step 3: Log in to Gorgias using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.


 

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
