Integrating ActiveCampaign with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with ActiveCampaign, you can view the list of user accounts, including their status, roles, user groups, and multi-factor authentication status.
Note: Josys supports multiple ActiveCampaign integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- An ActiveCampaign Admin Account
- Marketing plan (Lite, Plus, Professional, or Enterprise ), the Sales plan (Plus, Professional, or Enterprise ), or the Bundles plan (Plus, Professional, or Enterprise).
- An Account Name and API key for integration
Locating the Account Name
Log in to ActiveCampaign using an admin account. Click Account from the Settings menu, and then copy the Account Name to use later in the integration steps.
For example, if the account name is accountname.organization.com, then copy only the accountname.
Locating the API Key
Click Developer from the Settings menu and copy the API Key to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select ActiveCampaign from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Account Name and API Key copied in the previous sections and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
