TeamGantt Integration

Integrating TeamGantt with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.


Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with TeamGantt, you can view a list of user accounts, including their details such as status, roles, and timestamp of account creation.

Note: Josys supports multiple TeamGantt integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A TeamGantt admin account
  • The Company Name, Client ID, and Client Secret
  • A Free, Light, Pro, or Enterprise plan.


Locating the Organization Name


Step 1: Log in to TeamGantt using an admin account. Navigate to the User Profile menu and select Account Settings. Click Company details under Account details.



Step 2: Copy the Company Name for later use in the integration steps.  



Locating the Client ID and Client Secret


Step 1: Log in to TeamGantt using an admin account. Click the User Profile menu and select Integrations.



Step 2: In the Integrations section, click Configure within REST API.


 

Step 3: Enter an appropriate Name for identifying the Client Id and Client Secret. Click Save.



Step 4: Copy the Client Id and Client Secretas you will use them in the further integration steps.



 

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select TeamGantt from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Company Name, Client ID and Client Secret copied in the previous sections. 

Step 3: Enter your TeamGantt admin Email ID and click Next to proceed.

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
