Zeplin Integration

Integrating Zeplin with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.


Key benefits  

When you integrate Josys with Zeplin, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, timestamp of last seen, and restricted access status.

Note: Josys supports multiple Zeplin integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Zeplin admin account.
  • The Workspace and API key.
  • The Team plan, the Organization plan, or the Enterprise plan.



Locating the Workspace


Step 1: Log in to Zeplin using admin account credentials. 


Step 2: Navigate to the User Profile and copy the Team Workspace for later use in the integration steps. 



Locating the API Key 


Step 1: Navigate to the User Profile and click the user name. on the DEVELOPER tab. On the pop-up window, click Create new token.



Step 2: Click Create new token under the DEVELOPER tab.


Step 4: Enter an appropriate label for identifying the API token. Enable the admin access and click Create.



Step 5: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.  



Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Zeplin from the App Catalog in the Apps section.



Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Workspace and API Key copied in the previous steps, and click Next to proceed. 


Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
