Box Integration

Set up Box integration to visualize and manage accounts.


Prerequisites:

  • For Josys to sync data from Box, you are required to have one of the Business plans. Please refer Box documentation for more details.
  • You are required to have a Box account with admin privileges.


Steps to integrate:

Sign in to the Josys portal with your Josys credentials to initiate the integration process.

Step 1: Go to Apps tab on the side panel, and select Apps Catalogue.

     

Step 2: Select Box and initiate a new integration.


Step 3: Enter an appropriate label to identify the integration and click Next. 


Step 4:  Sign in using an account having admin privileges.. Follow the steps prompted to complete the integration after which accounts will be retrieved from Box and will be associated with users on Josys. Please note that this process may take some time, depending on the total volume of data.
