Jinjer Integration

Integrating Jinjer with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Jinjer, you can

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
  • Perform action: Add a user account.


Note: Josys supports multiple Jinjer integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Jinjer admin account
  • An API Key and API Secret Key
  • Self Plan, Essential Plan, Basic Plan, or Professional Plan.



Locating the API Key and API Secret Key 


Step 1: Log in to Jinjer using an account with admin privileges.


Step 2: Scroll down to find Setting and select the External service integration option.

 


Step 3: Click Ginger API from Mapping Settings. 



Step 4: Enter your Jinjer login password and click Send.



Step 5: Copy the API Key and API Secret Key for later use in the integration steps. 



Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Jinjer from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field

Step 3: Enter the API Key and API Secret Key copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.



Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
