Limble Integration

Integrating Limble with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage user accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Limble, you can: 


  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, teams, and timestamps for the user account creation.
  • Perform Action: Delete the user accounts.


Note: Josys supports multiple Limble integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Limble admin account
  • A Client ID and Client Secret
  • Standard, Premium+, or an Enterprise plan



Locating the Client ID and Client Secret


Step 1: Log in to Limble using an account with admin privileges.


Step 2: Navigate to Settings on the left and select the Configuration tab.


Step 3: Click Refresh Client ID/Secret to generate Client ID and Client Secret.



Step 4: Copy the Client ID and Client Secret to use later in the integration steps.





Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Limble from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field

Step 3: Enter the Client ID and Client Secret copied in the previous section in their respective fields.

Step 4: Click Next to proceed.


Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
