Addigy Integration

Integrating Addigy with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Addigy, you can

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, and policies.
  • Perform actions: Add and delete a user account.


Note: Josys supports multiple Addigy integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • An Addigy admin account
  • An Organization ID and API Token.
  • A Premium plan



Locating the Organization ID and API Token


Step 1: Log in to Addigy using an account with admin privileges.


Step 2: Navigate to Account in the bottom left corner and select the Integrations option. 


Step 3: Click the New API token under the V2 tab.



Step 4:  Copy the Organization ID from the top right corner for later use in the integration steps.


Step 5: Provide a name to the integration for identification, select All permissions, and click Add. 



Step 6: Copy the API Token for later use in the integration steps.






Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Addigy from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field

Step 3: Enter the Organization ID and API Token copied in the previous section into their respective fields, and click Next to proceed.


Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
