Netlify Integration

Integrating Netlify with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Netlify, you can

  • View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, multi-factor authentication status, and timestamps for the last activity, account creation, and updation.
  • Perform actions: Add and delete a user account.


Note: Josys supports multiple Netlify integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Netlify admin account
  • An API Key and Team Slug
  • Pro or an Enterprise plan



Locating the API Key


Step 1: Log in to Netlify using an account with admin privileges.


Step 2: Navigate to User Profile in the bottom left corner and select the User settings option. 


Step 3: Click the New access token under the Personal access tokens.



Step 4: Enter the description for the personal access token and click the Generate token.



Step 5: Copy the personal access token for later use in the integration steps.




Locating the Team Slug


Step 1: Log in to Netlify using an account with admin privileges.


Step 2: Navigate to Team settings in the left navigation menu and select the Team details option from General


Step 3: Copy the Slug to use later in the integration steps.




Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Netlify from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field

Step 3: Enter the personal access token in the API Token field and Slug in the Team Slug field copied in the previous section, and click Next to proceed.


Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
