Freshcaller Integration

Integrating Freshcaller with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.   .

Note: Josys supports multiple Freshcaller integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A Freshcaller admin account
  • The Subdomain and the API Key
  • AGrowth, Pro, or Enterprise plan


Locating the API Key


Step 1: Log in to Freshcaller using an admin account. Navigate to the Settings menu and select Admin Settings


Step 2. Select API Settings from Marketplace and Integrations. 



Step 3. Click the Reset key and copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.


Note: Confirm the Captcha to view the API Key.




Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Freshcaller from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Subdomain in the respective field.

If the URL is https://abc1-123456789000000.myfreshworks.com/ then abc1-123456789000000 is the subdomain.

Step 3: Enter the API Key copied in the previous step and click Next to proceed. 



Step 4:
 After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
