Integrating Overloop with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the accounts.   

Key benefits

When you integrate Josys with Overloop, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, and timestamps for account creation and updates.

Note: Josys supports multiple Overloop integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• An Overloop admin account
• An API Key
• A Startup, Growth, or an Enterprise plan

Locating the API Key

Step 1: Log in to Overloop using an admin account. Navigate to the Settings menu and select API. 

Step 2: Click Generate New Key and copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Overloop from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
