To view tracking app details, perform the following steps.
Step 1: Log in to Josys using an admin account. Click Managed Apps from the Apps section.
Step 2: Click Tracked Apps. Here you can view the details including the User Accounts, Licenses, Plans, Monthly Expenses, Active Accounts, Subscription Start and Renewal Date, Manager, Vendor, and Additional Information.
Step 3: To load the app data, you can use either of the following methods:
Using CSV file:
- Import the Existing data into CSV files. Update that CSV file with the required data.
- Export the updated CSV files into the system.
Add Subscription Data:
Step 4: Click on the icon of the desired application to Edit the plan details or to Delete the records associated with the App.
Step 5: Click the app to view the corresponding App details. For example, Survey Monkey.
