Integrating Teamgate with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Teamgate, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, team, and timestamp of account creation and last login.
Note: Josys supports multiple Teamgate integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Teamgate admin account
- The App Key and API Key
Locating the App Key
Step 1: Log in to Teamgate using an admin account. Go to the User Profile and click on Settings. From there, select External Apps under Additional Features and click the New API key request.
Step 2: Enter a name to identify the App key and click Create.
Step 3: Click on the API key name.
Step 4: Copy the APPLICATION KEY for later use in the integration steps.
Locating the API Key
Log in to Teamgate using an admin account. Go to the User Profile and click on My Profile. From there, select Integrations and copy the AUTH TOKEN under API access to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Teamgate from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the APPLICATION KEY in the App Key field and AUTH TOKEN in the API Key field copied in the previous sections. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
