Upsales Integration

Integrating Upsales with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with Upsales, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and timestamp of account creation. 


Note: Josys supports multiple Upsales integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • An Upsales admin account
  • An API Key


Locating the API Key 


Step 1: Log in to Upsales using an admin account. Go to the User Profile and click on Settings. From there, select API Keys under Security and click on New API key.



Step 2: Enter a suitable name to identify the API key and click the Generate key.



Step 3: Copy the API key to use it later in the integration steps.




Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Upsales from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.


Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
