Integrating DocuSign with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with DocuSign, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
- Perform actions: Add or close the user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple DocuSign integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A DocuSign admin account.
- DocuSign Business Pro or Enhanced plan.
- An API Account ID and the Account Base URL.
Locating the API Account ID and Account Base URL
Step 1: Log into DocuSign using an admin account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Settings tab and select Apps and Keys under Integrations. Copy the API Account ID and Account Base URL for later use in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select DocuSign from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Account ID and Account Base URL copied in the previous section.
If the Account Base URL is https://example.docusign.net/, then the subdomain is example.
Step 3:Click Next to proceed.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
