Josys makes it easy for you to provision or deprovision your SaaS apps to the users in few click.
Sign in to the Josys portal with your Josys credentials.
Provision SaaS apps to user profiles
- Go to People tab on the left menu
- Search/filter the user profile you want to provision the app(s)
- Select the user profile
- In the user profile details page, select Apps tab
- Click Add button
- Choose Schedule Now or Schedule for later (provide the date/time at which the apps to be assigned) and click Next
- Select the apps that need to be provisioned to the selected user profile and click Next
- Fill the required details and click Next
To provision the apps, the selected apps should have been integrated first
Deprovision SaaS apps from user profiles
- Go to People tab on the left menu
- Search/filter the user profile you want to deactivate the app(s)
- Select the user profile
- In the user profile details page, select Apps tab
- Click Manage button
- Choose Schedule Now or Schedule for later (provide the date/time at which the apps to be deprovisioned) and click Next
- Select the app(s) that need to be deprovisioned from the selected user profile
- Select the required Actions and click Next
