You can invite your team to manage IT operations through Josys and collaborate.
Sign in to the Josys portal with your Josys credentials.
Inviting your team
- Go to People tab on the left menu
- Search/filter the user you want to invite
- Click on the Kebab menu (3 vertical dots) and select Promote to Admin
- The invited team member will receive a notification to log into your Josys account
You need to be a Super Admin to invite your team
