You can easily revert from SAML Single Sign-On authentication to the standard login method on Josys.
Prerequisite:
- You must have enabled SAML for your Josys account and completed the registration steps successfully.
- Ensure you have the necessary administrative privileges to make these changes.
Follow the steps below to disable SAML:
Step 1: Login using your Josys admin credentials to access the Josys dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to Security tab on the side panel, select SSO.
Step 3: Look for an option labeled Enable SSO. It should currently be toggled on. Click on the toggle button or switch to turn it off.
Step 4: A confirmation prompt might appear asking if you're sure about disabling SAML authentication. Confirm your decision by selecting "Confirm."
Step 6: Log out of Josys and try logging back in. The SAML/SSO option should no longer work, and you should now use the standard login method.
Please note: Disabling SAML authentication will mean that all users will need to use their Josys-specific login credentials. Ensure that your users are informed and prepared for this change.
