Logging in to Josys using two-factor authentication

Josys offers the added layer of two-factor authentication for enhanced security. Once activated for your Josys account, you'll need to follow the authentication procedures detailed below to access the Josys portal.

If not, please read Setting up Two-factor Authentication to enable it for your Josys account.

Prerequisite

• You must have activated two-factor authentication for your Josys account and completed the registration steps successfully.

Follow the steps below to login using two-factor authentication:

Step 1: Open the Josys Login page and login using one of the three options - Login with Google account or ID/password or Login with SAML SSO.

Step 2: After successful authentication, you will a screen asking to input security code.

Step 3: Launch the authentication app, like "Google Authenticator", which you've used for registration on your mobile device. Input the displayed 6-digit code from the app into the Josys interface to complete the authentication process.

If you are using the backup code, you can click on Login using your backup code, and enter the backup code to complete the authentication process.
