If you've enabled two-factor authentication but wish to turn it off, Josys offers a self-service option for deactivation.
Prerequisite:
- You must have activated two-factor authentication for your Josys account and completed the registration steps successfully.
Follow the steps below to disable two-factor authentication:
Step 1: Go to Security tab on the side panel and select Two-factor authentication.
Step 2: The page will display a list of users from your organization with two-factor authentication activated. To deactivate this feature for a specific user, click on Disable next to their name.
Step 3: To complete the deactivation process, you'll need to input the verification code shown in the authentication app, such as Google Authenticator.
