Integrating HENNGE One with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with HENNGE One, you can
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, access policy groups, failed login count, timestamp for the last login, last failed login attempt, password expiration, password update, and MFA status.
- Perform actions: Add and delete a user account.
Note: Josys supports multiple HENNGE One integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A HENNGE One admin account
- A Client ID and Client Secret
- A HENNGE IdP or HENNGE IdP Pro plan
Locating the Client ID and Client Secret
Step 1: Log in to HENNGE One using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: Select API Clients from the System menu, click Add Client, and select HAC API.
Step 3: Select Read/Write access for All APIs, provide a description for the API client, accept the terms of service, and click Submit.
Step 4: Copy the Client ID and Client secret for later use in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select HENNGE One from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the Client ID and Client Secret copied in the previous section in the respective fields and click Next to proceed.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
