The IT Admin can create an Access Review for Managed Apps and Discovered Apps and track the response from employees for their respective apps.
Steps to Create an Access Review:
Step 1: Log in to Josys using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Survey and select Access Review.
Step 3: Click the New Access Review to create a new access review.
Step 4: You can create an access review for the Managed Apps and Discovered Apps.
Step 5: To create an Access Review for the Managed Apps, select Managed Apps and click Next to proceed.
Step 6: Select the apps from the provided list for which you wish to create the survey for employees, then click Next.
Step 7: For the chosen apps, you can select user accounts from different categories, which are available depending on the app's functionality. After making your selections, click Next.
Step 8: Select questions from the list for your survey and click Next. These questions are designed to be short-answer or yes/no type.
Step 9: A survey notification is sent to the recipient's email. The email structure is predefined, as shown in the below image, which you may change as needed. Click Next to proceed.
Step 10: Provide a title for the survey. Here, you can see the preview of the survey details, which includes the number of questions in the survey and participants of this survey. Click Publish Survey to send the survey to the app's users.
You can follow the same steps to create an Access Review for the Discovered Apps. For this, select Discovered Apps and click Next to proceed.
