Integrating Runn with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.   

Key benefits

When you integrate Josys with Runn, you can:

• View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, and permissions.
• Perform Action: Add a user account.

Note: Josys supports multiple Runn integrations.

Prerequisites

Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

• A Runn admin account
• An API Token
• A Professional or Premium/Enterprise plan

Locating the API Token

Step 1: Log in to Runn using an account with admin privileges.

Step 2: Select the User Profile on the top right and select Settings.

Step 3: In the API tab, click Create API Token.

Step 4: Enter the Token name in the respective field, select the necessary Permissions, and click Create.

Step 5: Copy the API Token to use later in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select Runn from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field. 

Step 3: Enter the API Token copied in the previous section in the respective field, then click Next to proceed.

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
