Integrating TalentLMS with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage user accounts.   



Key benefits


When you integrate Josys with TalentLMS, you can: 


  • View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
  • Perform Actions: Add, deactivate, and delete the user accounts.


Note: Josys supports multiple TalentLMS integrations.



Prerequisites


Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:

  • A TalentLMS admin account
  • A Subdomain and API Key
  • Core, Grow, or Pro plan



Locating the Subdomain


Step 1: Log in to TalentLMS using an account with admin privileges.


Step 2: Navigate to Account & Settings on the left and select Portal.


Step 3: In Account & Settings, find the Domain Name. Copy the subdomain from there.


For example, if the Domain name is abc.talentlms.com, then abc is the subdomain.




Locating the API


Step 1: Log in to TalentLMS using an account with admin privileges.


Step 2: In Account & Settings, go to the Integrations tab and click API.

 



Step 3: Copy the API Key for later use in the integration steps.

 




Steps to Integrate

Step 1: Select TalentLMS from the App Catalog in the Apps section.


Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field

Step 3: Enter the Subdomain and API Key copied in the previous sections in their respective fields.

Step 4: Click Next to proceed.


Step 5: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
