How to View and Manage Access Review Responses

This article provides detailed steps to view and manage survey access review.


Steps to View Access Review


Step 1: Log in to Josys using your credentials.


Step 2: Navigate to Survey and select Access Review.


The following screen is displayed, where you can view:


a. Status Tabs: Displays surveys categorized as All, Active, and Closed. Click the respective tab to view the related surveys.

b. Search Filter: Use this search filter to find specific app details.

c. App Details: The app details include:

  • Survey Name/App Name: The name of the survey and the associated app.
  • Status: The current status of the app - Active for all active apps and Closed for surveys that have been completed.
  • Created on/Created by: Displays the date when the survey was created and the user name of who has created this survey


Step 3: Click the app to open and view its details.




The following screen is displayed, where you can view:


a. Accounts: Displays the number of accounts associated with this app.

b. Status: Displays the count of surveys- All for all surveys, Pending for surveys that have not been received yet, and Responded for all surveys that have been completed. 


When the survey is not completed, the status "Pending" is displayed under each question.


Step 4: If a survey is in Pending status then you can close the survey by clicking Stop Survey.



When the survey is completed, "Yes" is displayed under the respective question, while a "-" is displayed for any unattempted questions. Such a survey is displayed under the Responded tab with the Survey Closed status.
